Adams County Fair Returns August 2021

The Adams County Fair returns to Riverdale Regional Park, 9755 Henderson Rd., Brighton, Aug. 4-8. Live entertainment and favorite community events are returning, too. Michael Ray, with special guest Coffey Anderson, will be kicking off the fair with a free concert on Wednesday, Aug. 4, 8 p.m., at the United Power Grandstand.

Last month, the Adams County Animal Shelter/Adoption Center moved to its new location and transitioned to Riverdale Animal Shelter (RAS). The shelter’s new address is 12155 Park Blvd., Brighton.  RAS is located at the south end of Riverdale Regional Park—on 120th Ave. and Park Blvd., between Hwy. 85 and Quebec St.

Brighton, CO – Today, the coalition to pass Adams County ballot measures 1A and 1B officially launched its fall campaign. Unanimously referred to the ballot by the Adams County Board of Commissioners, 1A and 1B will extend previously voter-approved programs to protect Adams County resources, including roads, land and water.
