Most people make the mistake of believing that an estate plan is only necessary for the wealthy, but if you have any assets, property, or possessions and if you don’t want the state to make decisions for you, estate planning is essential. The estate planning principles that are covered in this class are things you can do on your own to ensure your assets are transferred to the right people.
