A Matter of Balance (MOB) – FREE
Evidence-Based Falls Management Program for Older Adults. MOB acknowledges the risk of falling but the program’s goal is to reduce the fear of falling, stop the fear of falling cycle and increase activity levels.  Taught by a Master Trainer, MOB is conducted over eight sessions, meeting weekly for two hours at BCC at no charge.  Space is limited. Pre-registration is required by calling 303.464.5526.
