This Full House is a discussion/support group for people who have accumulated various items over the years and want to discuss practical ways to de-clutter, streamline, and organize. Different strategies and topics will be presented as well as sharing of ideas and situations among group members. Meets the second Thursday of every month.

NASA Human Spaceflight Research

Boulder’s Universal Zero Waste Ordinance

This program will answer any questions participants might have about recycling, composting, or Boulder’s Universal Zero Waste Ordinance that was adopted on June 16, 2015, by City Council. The Universal Zero Waste ordinance expands recycling and composting to all Boulder residents. The ordinance will be actively enforced this year. Join this talk on zero waste basics and beyond: including options for harder-to-recycle materials, hazardous waste, construction, landscaping and art materials. This presentation includes visual aids, time for questions, and a handout listing zero waste partners in Boulder.

Join Walt as he takes participants on a magical and nostalgic journey into the realms of animation, motion picture production, theme park and urban development. Walt will share life experiences that molded him into an optimal behaviorist and how a little “fortuosity” can help make dreams come true.

Participants will learn what email is, how it compares to traditional mail, how email addresses are written, email providers, and the features and tools included with an email account.

2017 Denver Parade of Homes

This tour allows participants to discover some of the model and custom homes that range from luxury show homes to affordably priced homes. The tour showcases some of Denver’s best craft builders. All homes on the tour are for sale. Cameras are welcome, comfortable walking shoes recommended. Tour includes a break for lunch, on your own. Minimum registration by August 14.

Walk/Hike and Nature Education with OSMP

Open Space and Mountain Parks staff and volunteers will lead walks/hikes paired with nature education. Natural Selections is an ongoing series of educational nature programs on topics including ecology, wildlife, and local history. Join an easy walk/hike of under 2 miles, at a conversational pace. Bring a sack lunch to enjoy at the end of the walk. Meet at the trailhead. Each date will have differing trails based on best trail conditions.

Bone Health: Bone Builders and Bone Breakers
