Dancing is a great way to enjoy the benefits of regular exercise. This class will look into the physiological, emotional and mind building benefits of dancing and moving to music and rhythm and will include information on ways to participate in a variety of dance related activities.

Join us for this healthy, strength-building, light aerobics and effective stretching class. Learn to strengthen muscles, breathe more efficiently, and stretch and release muscle tension. Newcomers to exercise are encouraged to participate. Can be done seated or standing.
