Progressive Meditation Class.  1st & 3rd Wednesdays beginning Sept. 2, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.

Accessing RTD Using Smartphone Apps.  Sept. 23, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.  Learn to download and use RTD’s mobile ticketing app to purchase bus and transit tickets. Healthy Cooking Without a Trip to the Store.  Sept. 9, 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.

Learn to minimize trips to the grocery store while still enjoying meals packed with flavor and health during the pandemic.  In this virtual class, cook along from home with healthy cooking instructor Mary Collette Rogers and complete two kitchen inventory dishes ready to eat by the end of class.  Questions encouraged during class for cooking assistance.  Sponsored by Boulder Seniors Foundation.  Register in advance here

Healthy Aging and Sleep.  Thurs. Sept. 17, 10 – 11 a.m.

This virtual class will review the biology and science of sleep, how it changes with age, and how to get the best rest possible.  

Presenter:  Dr. Guzik is a Doctor of Chiropractic. He has worked in clinical research at the Division of Sleep Medicine at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital of Harvard Medical School.  Register in advance here
