Popular Line Dances
West Age Well Center, Tuesdays, July 5 – 19 (3 classes) 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Fees: R/NR $18/$23 
Line dancing is a fun and invigorating activity that utilizes music from around the world. Individuals and beginners welcome, no partners required.

Managing Blood Sugar
Online, Thursday, July 7, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
This talk will provide information on factors affecting blood sugar, tips for managing hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia, goals for carbohydrate intake and helpful ideas for keeping blood sugars in check. Sponsored by Boulder County Area Agency and Aging (BCAAA).

Social Dancing 
West Age Well Center, Thursdays, July 7 – 21 (3 classes) 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Fees: R/NR $18/$23
Learn social dance fundamentals including the box step, crossover breaks, pivot turns, and partner dance techniques including lead and follow, mirror imaging, body communication, cues, and creative play.

Sans Souci Dance Film Screening, Discussion, and Optional Dance Class
West Age Well Center, Monday, July 11, 12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
“Dance is Like a Fine Wine” will show a dance film followed by discussion with a local filmmaker, and end with an optional dance class. 

Tech Series: Introduction to Digital Culture
Online, Mondays and Wednesdays, July 11 – August 10, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
This 5-week online course will review how to access health-related topics online, connect with others, explore interests, and use the internet to contact elected officials and legislators.

NeuroPong™ Table Tennis
West Age Well Center, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, resumes July 11, 2:15 – 4:14 p.m.
NeuroPong is a table tennis program for people living with neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and early stage dementia.  Registration required, contact Antonio Barbera, MD at 303-667-1735 or abarbera@tabletennisconnections.

SPARK and Studio Arts Boulder Pottery Class
West Age Well Center, 2nd Tuesdays, next class July 12, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
Participants will learn about the fundamentals of pottery to make functional and whimsical pieces. This program is designed for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, who are accompanied by their caregiver or partner.

NCAR Explorer Series: Climate Science and Machine Learning  
Online, Tuesday, July 12, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
Join Dr. Maria Molina to learn how data science can be used for climate science, research applications and results.

BIFF Film and Discussion – Godspeed, Los Polacos!
Online, Thursday, July 14, 3:00 – 4:15 p.m.
Older Adult Services and Boulder International Film Festival (BIFF) have partnered to bring independent films to older adults online. A BIFF representative will facilitate a discussion.

The Death Café
Online, 4th Tuesdays, next group meeting July 26, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
A Death Café is a place for respectful, serious, meaningful, tender, and funny conversations about death.
