The West Age Well Center offers online programs and is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. for onsite programs and services. Check the Older Adult Services website for program information and to subscribe to our weekly e-newsletter or call 303-441-3148.  Meals on Wheels’ Eat Well Café is open Monday – Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. for lunch at $6.99 plus tax. 

Strength and Alignment: Using breath for increased self-awareness, this class focuses on body alignment to increase bone density without injury by using resistance training with hand-held weights, resistance bands and isometric exercises using balls. Instructor: Linda Manchester.

SPARK and Studio Arts Boulder Pottery Class | West Age Well Center | 2nd Tuesdays, January 11, February 8, March 8 | 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. SPARK programs are designed for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s, who are accompanied by their caregiver or partner. Participants will learn about three fundamentals of pottery to make functional and whimsical pieces.

An Introduction to Shakespeare’s Comedies | Online | Wednesdays and Fridays, January 12 – February 4 | 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Review some of Shakespeare’s Comedies by examining aspects of plays that have kept audiences and readers fascinated for over four hundred years. Fees: R/NR $50/$63
