Popular Line Dances. West Age Well Center, Tuesdays, April 4 – 25, 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Fees: R/NR $32/$40.

Line dancing is a fun and invigorating activity that utilizes music from around the world. Individuals and beginners welcome. 

Move With Ease: A Series to Introduce Feldenkrais. East Age Well Center, Tuesdays, April 4 – 25, 2:30 – 4:00 p.m. Fees: R/NR $40/$50. The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education® helps participants learn to move with ease using slow, mindful movements to achieve powerful effects in terms of balance, flexibility, and coordination.

Ballroom Dancing. East Age Well Center, April 6 – 27, 12:45 – 1:45 p.m. Fees: R/NR $32/$40. Learn ballroom dance fundamentals including leading and following and traveling around the floor with dance steps. 

Chair Yoga and Balance Series. West Age Well Center, Fridays, April 7 – 28, 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. Fees: R/NR $32/$40. This class brings together postures and techniques of yoga with the support of a chair. All levels welcome.

Jazz Dance. East Age Well Center, Fridays, April 7 – 28, 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. Fees: R/NR $32/$40. Jazz is a fun, invigorating dance style with movements designed to show stylish expression. 

Collette Travel Information Session and Social Gathering. West Age Well Center, Monday, April 10, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Meet Collette Travel representative Shannon Posiviata to learn about several group tours in 2023 and 2024. Connect with other travel-minded people to share helpful information and destinations of interest. 

Staying Safe Online. Online, Tuesday, April 11, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. This program will review the risks of using the Internet and mobile technology and will provide precautions for staying safe online. Registration required.

SPARK and Studio Arts Boulder Pottery Class. West Age Well Center, 2nd Tuesdays, April 11, 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. Participants will learn about the fundamentals of pottery to make functional and whimsical pieces. SPARK programs are designed for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Parkinson’s, who are accompanied by their caregiver or partner. 

Introduction to Calligraphy. West Age Well Center, Friday, April 14, 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Fees: R/NR $10/$13. Practice calligraphy techniques in this workshop and learn how to use them in daily life.

Using Google Search. West Age Well Center, Tuesday, April 18, 10:00 – 11:15 a.m. Learn how to use the Google Search engine effectively to find reliable information. Must bring own device. Instructors: Tech Pals, a technology training organization based in Boulder.  

Osteoarthritis and Joint Care. Online, Thursday, April 20, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Join Dr. Andrew Allen, DC for a discussion on the most common types of arthritis and the medical treatments for each, as well as lifestyle, dietary and exercise considerations.
