IN PERSON PROGRAMS
Play of the Hand Bridge Class. Wednesdays, September 8 – November 17, 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Learn methods of developing tricks, eliminating losers, and planning the personal play.
Fee: R $55/NR $69
Beginning Bridge. Thursdays, September 9 – December 2, 2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
This class is an introduction to the challenging and fun game of Bridge.
T’ai Chi Level 1 – Beginning. Fridays, September 10 – December 10, 8:45 – 9:40 a.m.
Learn and review the basics, including breath, mental focus, postural awareness, and correct mechanics of each move. Attention is given to relaxation, mind-body connection, and the first third of the 37-posture Yang short form. Fees: R $86/NR $108
T’ai Chi Intermediate/Advanced. Fridays, September 10 – December 10, 9:45 – 10:45 a.m.
The Level II Intermediate/Advanced class will review and complete the entire 37-posture Yang short form. Students must have completed Level I or have instructor approval to enroll at this level.

Studio Arts Boulder Pottery Class. Friday, September 10, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Learn the fundamentals of pottery to make functional and whimsical pieces. All materials and tools are supplied. No experience necessary.
Duplicate Bridge: Introduction & Strategies. Tuesdays, September 14 – November 23, 1:00 – 4:30 p.m. Learn competitive bidding strategies where opponents are competing for the final contract.

This online program outlines how to safely train the balance system to avoid falls.
Daily Progress for Falls Prevention. Wednesday, September 22, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Learn to incorporate simple exercises each day to achieve falls prevention goals including balance, endurance, strength, and getting up and down safely.
