Are you a senior HOA Homeowner?
Windsor Gardens has a Homeowners Education Group that meets on the third Tuesday of the month to hear about topics of interest to senior HOA homeowners and other topics of interest to all seniors.
The 2014 Windsor Gardens Homeowners Education Group has experts coming to speak about safety and regulatory agencies pertaining to HOAs, new laws pertaining to HOAs,resources for seniors for employment, legal and financial issues and fraud protections for seniors. All talks are followed by group discussion. Ideas for future topics are welcomed.
The next Windsor Gardens Homeowners Education meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 15 at the Centerpoint Community Center of Windsor Gardens, 597 S. Clinton Street in Denver. Daiga Keller from the Denver Center for Crime Victims will address ways to protect ourselves against fraud and where to go if you become a victim of a crime. She will also address the new mandatory reporting law for elder abuse which will go into effect in July of 2014.
