Medical Exercise: N’Balance

Reduce your fall risk through basic balance and strength exercises. Baseline testing is performed the first week and follow-up testing the last week. Register early, $60 ($72 non-res.).
Security in the Digital Age

The digital age has brought incredible advances in providing information and convenience. It has also brought about a greater need to keep your information secure. Learn to keep safe on your mobile phone or tablet, when shopping online, defending yourself against a myriad of online and telephone scams, and avoid common internet security pitfalls. Computer & Devices Classes

Genealogy Talk: Sensational Citations

Citation construction (documenting your sources) can be intimidating. Learn about citation elements in a fun hour of interactive learning. Register early, $6 ($8 non-residents).
Genealogy Level II
Mondays, March 2-30, 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Learn how to utilize the Family Search Wiki and card catalog for your ancestor quest. Delve into newspaper research and immigration and naturalization studies. The last class meets at the Arvada Family History Center for more in-depth work. Register early, $32 ($38 non-residents).
Genealogy: Ancestry.com
Thursdays, March 5-19, 10:30 a.m.-noon
Learn how to navigate Ancestry.com to dig into your family roots. Participants should have active Ancestry.com accounts to get the most out of this hands-on class, which is kept small for individualized help. Some computers are available or bring your laptop. Medicare 101

Foam Roller Workshop
