Apex Active Adults – Feb. 2021
Do not let COVID hold you back – get active and stay active from your own home or at several of Apex’s facilities. Although not all of Apex’s facilities are open, that has not stopped the staff from running a variety of Active Adult programs to help our guests connect and stay socially, emotionally, and physically active. Below is contact information for upcoming programs, but you can always stay updated on the latest offerings by visiting the website at ApexPRD.org. On the website you can also sign up for the biweekly e-newsletter, “The Rundown,” for a more complete communication of programs and happenings across the district.
