Annual Picnic for local SOAR Members & Rocky Flats Retirees

Westminster, CO – Former Rocky Flats workers and SOAR (Steelworkers Organization of Active Retirees) members are invited to the annual SOAR picnic sponsored by Nuclear Care Partners.

The picnic is being held on Saturday, August 7th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Elks Lodge Westminster Pavilion located at 3850 Elk Drive in Westminster, CO 80030. This free event will feature:

  • Giveaways & Games
  • Free Catered Lunch 
  • Car Rally
    • Attendees are invited to bring their own vintage cars
  • Access to EEOICPA Benefits Information
    • Including Pharmacy Delivery Service by National Specialty Pharmacy
    • Lori Shanks, local Benefits Specialist with Nuclear Care Partners, will be available to answer any EEOICPA benefits questions

 

SOAR members and Rocky Flats retirees can call 303-223-3971 to RSVP. If anyone is not already a member of SOAR, membership sign up information will be available at the picnic as well.
