Highlands Ranch Concert Band presents the 9th Annual Music Arts Festival. This free, two-day family event features a variety of music groups, with jazz and swing performances on Saturday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and concert and symphonic performances on Sunday, May 18 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Civic Green Park, 9370 Ridgeline Boulevard, Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Enjoy concerts presented by the Highlands Ranch Concert Band, Denver Concert Band, John Philips Sousa Band of Colorado, Blues 88, Golden Eagle Concert Band, William and the Romantics, Sampson’s Gulch Jazz Band, Over the Hill Band, Thornton Community Band, the Colorado VFW Band and more.
The Festival Marketplace offers an assortment of items by artists, crafters and other retail vendors including Original Funky Fries that serves fries and tots, add cheese on top for a fun twist or grab a kids special, try on some Silpada Jewelry, or pamper yourself with organic skin products from Taspen’s Organic. More vendors will join the Festival Marketplace in the upcoming weeks.
Highlands Ranch Concert Band is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization of volunteer professional, amateur and high school musicians that provides free performances throughout the year, promoting an educational experience for musicians and the community through music, arts, entertainment, and cultural opportunities.
The Highlands Ranch Concert Band is sponsored in part by the Metro District of Highlands Ranch, the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) and through the support of patrons and community businesses.
