9Health Fair – 37 years of service to our community

The 37th Annual Fort Lupton 9Health Fair will be offered on April 9th, 2016 from 7:00am to 12 Noon at the Fort Lupton High School. The 9Health Fair provides health education and basic health screenings to individuals 18 years of age and over. New this year will be a number of screenings for children 6-18.

Attending the fair is not considered a substitute for an annual physical examination. 97,000 people attended the 2015 9Health Fair. Data indicated that between 8,000 and 9,000 participants learned of a previous unknown health concern at the 9Health Fair and were referred to their primary care provider for further evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. In an effort to reach members in the community that have little or no access to medical services and are need of assistance financially; Statewide over800 blood screenings were provided free of charge through a voucher system.

The 9Health Fair continues to be an institution in the communities across Colorado. The 9Health Fair is the largest and most successful health fair in the country and is proud to be endorsed by both the Colorado Medical Society and the Colorado Health & Hospital Association.

Lupton, Tri-Town, Longmont Sunrise, Longmont Columbine, Johnstown-Milliken, Platteville, Roggen, Hudson-Keenesberg, South Weld (Lochbuie), and Brighton Breakfast will again join forces alongside other community organizations in sponsoring the 9Health Fair at Ft.
