Adam’s County District Attorney Dave Young will speak about programs that he has initiated and current trends. Mr. Young has taken aim at senior citizen issues and is a great advocate for seniors. Free!

Information is provided about Medicare enrollment, benefits, costs, what and how Medicare pays, choices under Medicare plans, how they work and prescription drug coverage. Advanced Directives Class – Wednesdays, January 27 – February 24 from 1-2 p.m.
Learning what kinds of choices you will face at the end of your life is the first step toward making sure that you are not taken by surprise at a time when you most want control. Your life choices may shift along the way and knowing how to rethink your options and wishes is the most important awareness you can build. - Week 2: Explanation of Five Wishes Form and discuss Wish 1. Who will make decisions for you.

- Week 4: Five Wishes Wish 4 and Wish 5 How you want to be treated and what you want loved ones to know.
- Week 5: Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Choice and course review.
