4th Annual Vivage 5K Run/Walk
On Sunday September 8th, Vivage Quality Health Partners hosted the 4th Annual Vivage 5K Run/Walk at Sloan’s Lake Park in Denver.
VIVAGE Quality Health Partners is a Colorado-based Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Assisted Living health care provider serving seniors and those with disabilities in 25 locations statewide. One of the goals of this annual race is to recognize residents residing in nursing home communities and benefit those organizations that help serve them.
In the men’s division, Scott Morrissey took first place and in the Women’s division Julie Wesling took first place. This year, 31 teams were registered with a total of 340 race participants.
The event raised $20,625 in cash sponsorships with an additional $3,000 in In-Kind donations. The proceeds from the race will be distributed to the Denver Rescue Mission, the Dental Lifeline Network and various resident activity funds in nursing home communities throughout Colorado.
