Colorado History
Listen to the pioneer tales of Colorado history interspersed with some of the best-loved songs of the time as well as original compositions about early Colorado pioneer women: Clara Brown, Chipeta, Silverheeels, Rattlesnake Kate, and Matilda Godfrey. Tales also include Native Americans, miners, cowboys, and ranchers.
Friday, August 2 at 1:00 p.m. If you’d like to join us for lunch, call 303-255-7850 to register by 4pm the day before. Lunch is $4 for residents and $4.50 for non-residents. Educational program is free.

Diabetes Self-Management
Free diabetes classes for those who have already been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Topics include: introductions, healthy eating, monitoring your blood sugar, and reducing risk of chronic diseases. Presented by Tri-County Healthy. Call 303-255-7850 to sign up. Ballroom Blast

Yoga with Chuna

Help! I Can’t Get Up!
Do you have a hard time getting up once you sit down? Is getting off the floor a seemingly impossible task? It doesn’t have to be that way! Learn some exercises that will help to strengthen key muscles used in daily activities, as well as effective ways to get up and down. Wear comfortable clothes for doing exercise.
